Standalone pricing is the higher of the monthly minimum and Projects licences. The ERP module uses the same user rate within ERP Business, without an additional standalone minimum.

Already using ERP?

The user rate is the same as the ERP module rate. ERP Business applies its overall ERP minimum; the standalone minimum is not added a second time.

Is your company less than a year old?

From €50 a month per product for the first 12 months, then standard pricing from €100 a month. For startups under one year old, subject to application and review.

Pay month by month, or prepay 6 or 12 months and save on your subscription.

Amounts in EUR, excluding VAT. Prepayment prices show the total due; monthly equivalents are provided for comparison.

The discount applies to recurring subscriptions and agreed users/modules. Usage, onboarding and third-party licences are separate.

Full prepayment is due before the period starts. The price of your agreed configuration stays fixed for the paid period.

Prepayment does not extend startup pricing or Forfettario eligibility. Reviews still apply; if eligibility changes, unused prepayment is credited toward the standard plan.
